On Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 4:43pm, the Marshalltown Police Department responded to 10 North 5th Street after receiving a 911 call from this location requesting assistance for an unknown problem. Upon arrival, officers learned that a wanted fugitive was inside this residence. Officers attempted to contact the fugitive with no results. Since the fugitive was known to be armed, the Marshalltown Police Department Tactical Team was called to the scene.
A search warrant was served at 10 North 5th Street and the fugitive was arrested without incident. Frankie Miller, age 20 of Marshalltown has been arrested for:
- Burglary 3rd Degree – Motor Vehicle (4 Counts)
- Probation Violation

This arrest was made in connection with the investigation of stolen firearms. Mr. Miller will be taken to the Marshall County Jail after he is processed.
