Please review the job announcement found at the below link to better understand the testing and hiring process for becoming a Marshalltown Police Officer. Testing dates and times will be scheduled individually with candidates. Candidates will be required to present photo identification before participating in the testing process.

To be considered for testing, the City of Marshalltown Application for Employment, found at the below link, must be received by the Human Resource Department by August 10, 2023 at noon. There will not be a testing fee to test for the MPD.
