On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 4:55pm, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested Edison Nsengiyumva, age 24, of Marshalltown. Mr. Nsengiyumva has been charged with Sex Abuse in the Third Degree (Class C Felony). This arrest was made in connection with a sex crime that was reported to the police department on September 28, 2022. The victim in this case is an adult, female. Mr. Nsengiyumva is being held in the Marshall County jail.
