Live Broadcast of Council Meetings Moves to Website

Council Chamber Sign

Changes are coming to the way that you can view City Council meetings.  After a partnership with Iowa Valley Community College to provide McTV ended on June 30th, the City will be utilizing the website marshalltown-ia.gov to provide the live broadcast through YouTube.  Viewers can access the meeting by clicking on the City Council Meetings page or by finding "City Council Meetings" in the Government drop-down menu on the homepage.  There is also a link to the archive of City Council meetings from this page.

In addition to the live streaming broadcast, you can listen/watch and participate in a City Council meeting by accessing the GoToMeeting link or call-in number for each meeting.  This information changes from meeting to meeting, but does appear at the beginning of every City Council agenda.  Agendas for meetings can be found in the Agenda Center at www.marshalltown-ia.gov.

City Council Chambers are also open to the public to attend the meeting in-person.  Please enter the building at 10 West Main Street.
