A paper form is available at the city clerk’s office. Applications are reviewed by the Mayor. Appointments are made by the Mayor and ratified by the Council. The State of Iowa requires gender neutral board composition. The members will be appointed at the next city council meeting, scheduled for October 28, 2019, at 5:30 PM.
